On 11th March 2024, Jagriti Samaj at NTPC Dadri celebrated the occasion of International Women's Day and also conducted a Sports Meet on the occasion. The program began with the welcome of Smt. Radhika Rao, President of Jagriti Samaj and other senior members. On the occasion, Smt. Radhika Rao encouraged the women to commit themselves to #BreakTheBias, challenge stereotypes, dismantle barriers, and advocate for gender equality in all aspects of society. She also motivated the women to celebrate themselves everyday and aim to create a world where every woman and girl can live freely, pursue their dreams, and fulfill their potential without fear or prejudice.

Further, the program saw numerous fun games organised for the members such as lemon-spoon race, book race, balloon race etc. which helped the women to relive their childhood days and cherish these moments. A cake cutting ceremony was also organised to celebrate the power of womanhood.
